Common pricing questions.

Is the trial really free? Do I need a card?
Yes. 14-day full-feature trial of Studio with no card required. "First Shaadi Free" extends to 30 days if you're actively setting up a real wedding. Family Pass is one-time and includes a 7-day refund window if no invites or WhatsApp reminders are sent.
Is pricing in INR or USD? How is GST handled?
Indian agencies are billed in INR with 18% GST shown transparently on every invoice. International Indian-origin planners can opt to be billed in USD or AED. We're a registered Indian entity — GSTIN appears on every invoice and we file your TDS certificates on payments >₹30K.
What counts as an "active shaadi"?
An active shaadi is one that hasn't yet completed the post-wedding wrap phase. Archived shaadis don't count toward your limit and remain fully accessible (read-only). You can switch shaadis between active and archived freely.
I'm switching from Aisle Planner / Wedding Planner Pro / WedSites. What happens?
Our migration team will move your first 3 weddings end-to-end during your trial — including guest lists, vendor directories, contracts, and task templates. We'll match your existing Aisle Planner project structure 1:1. No charge.
Are WhatsApp message costs really included?
Yes — your tier includes a monthly allotment of utility templates at our wholesale rate. Above the allotment, we pass through at our negotiated BSP rate (₹0.10–0.12/msg on India), with no markup. Marketing templates (~₹0.86) are billed at cost on usage.
What if I need to add seats mid-month?
Seats prorate to the day. Add or remove from your team page; the next invoice reflects the change. No "upgrade now" pop-ups for adding one coordinator during peak season.
